Winner First - E Boat Race

Howard was a member of both the Grand Rapids and Spring Lake Yacht Clubs.  He was still sailing E boat in his seventies and took fourth at the WMYA Regatta in 1957.  Howard also served as the WMYA Commodore in 1934.
